These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding contract between you and NextGen Development Labs Ltd, the operator of the 1win platform (License No. 8048/JAZ 2018-040, issued by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board). By registering an account, depositing funds, or using any services on the 1win website or mobile applications, you explicitly agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NextGen Development Labs Ltd and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the 1win platform. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, data loss, or delays caused by third-party payment processors or internet service providers in Vietnam.
